Interesting post. I have been unsuccessfully searching for research on NCLB that examines/evaluates the professional learning programme(s) that went this this policy.- are you aware of any research?

The NCLB law has to be challenged and brought to the table with all of the 2008 presidential candidates. Too many children ranging from developmentally delayed to gifted are being cheated of an appropriately enriching education to prepare them for the global world. here is a video submission by a gifted 4th grader on youtube concerning this very issue…
