Are you being serious here? “could be the foundation upon which shared language was built” – right, because NO one knew what anything meant before the dictionary was built!

Dave, you are really scaring me here. Are you seriously suggesting that creating a single “dictionary” of “OER” would be a good idea? This is about the furthest thing in my mind from rhizomatic learning (as *I* understand it) that I could conceive of. And as antithetical to the ways of working/organizing/knowing on a network as I can think of. I really hope this is a piece of satire that I am just missing the subtlety of.
