This is a great strategy. I’m currently reading a lot about the changing nature of knowledge and connectivism as well as investigating how PLNs can re-define learning. All related to rhizomatic learning. I reckon identifying a problem the kids want to solve for which electronics is part of the solution is so much better than just learning Ohms Law and board names off by heart. Works better for me at least memorization is so boring!!!!! (And pretty useless ☺)
