I am with you brother Dave! It’s not necessarily creating content *for* the course, but what about reflection, connection to our own ideas, needs, activities? And those examples of Rory seem more of the reference seeking / “how to do X” things that people do all the time via YouTube and the web in general.

It’s not to say learning canot happen without content creating, it just seems more impactful when its there, when the learning is also intertwined with the doing.

I played with it recently, it turns my RSS feed into a living video – and it is updating as my own blog feed changes.
